2. Data we collect
Data you give us – when you request a free audit, ask for a quote or contact us:
- Name and company name
- Email address
- Shop URL and country
- Budget, services of interest and your message
Data collected automatically – only with your consent where required:
- Browser, device type and approximate location
- Pages visited, time on site and how you arrived
- IP address (shortened/anonymised in our analytics)
3. How we use your data

We only send newsletters or marketing emails if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Cookies & third-party tools
We use a consent banner. Statistics and marketing tools are only loaded after you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time via “Manage consent”.

5. Sharing your data
We never sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run the site for us – hosting, email, analytics and chat – under data processing agreements
- Authorities when required by law
- A buyer or successor in case of a merger or sale of the business
Some providers (for example Google and Meta) may process data outside the EU/EEA. In that case the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention & security
Form requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we enter into an agreement. Customer and invoice data are kept as long as Spanish accounting law requires. We use HTTPS, access control and regular backups to protect your data.
7. Your rights
Email info@webaffiliatemanager.com to use your rights. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or the authority in your own country.
Our services are aimed at businesses and are not intended for children under 16.
